Who We Are
Timothy J. Boreale, Owner, State Certified Real Estate Appraiser, brings more than twenty years of experience in appraisal practice to the company. His philosophy is in the pursuit of knowledge and excellence in real estate valuation. Timothy's motto has always been "learn something new everyday" -Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Timothy earned his Bachelor's degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he graduated summa cum laude, and also continued to enrich his education in appraisal through offerings by the American Society of Appraisers, Appraisal Institute, and other local organizations, with a diversity of classes in commercial and residential appraising.
All Appraisal Land appraisers are licensed and certified to practice real estate appraisal in the State of New Jersey, and complete regular continuing education, and ongoing training for compliance in our industry. Our goal is to constantly exceed expectations with regard to client service and industry standards.

New Jersey is our backyard! Having traveled the state for years on end, our geographical knowledge runs deep.
Coverage Area (by county): Passaic, Morris, Bergen, Essex, Union, Hudson, Sussex, Monmouth, Ocean, Hunterdon, Somerset and Warren.
Should you require appraisal services outside of our normal coverage area, we are also reciprocally partnered with appraisal firms in southern NJ counties which share our occupational idealism, and to who we would be happy to refer you.
