Timothy J. Boreale, Owner, State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, brings more than twenty years of experience in appraisal practice to the company. His philosophy is in the pursuit of knowledge and excellence in real estate valuation. Timothy's motto has always been "learn something new everyday" -Ralph Waldo Emerson.
Timothy earned his Bachelor's degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he graduated summa cum laude, and also continued to enrich his education in appraisal through offerings by the American Society of Appraisers, Appraisal Institute, and other local organizations, with a diversity of classes in commercial and residential appraising.
